Every listing action — new, relist, revise, photo swap — lands here with what was sent and what eBay answered, word for word. Learning is visible as two curves: the success rate holding high, and the "new eBay codes" column drying up — early weeks discover eBay's vocabulary, later weeks just recognize it.
What keeps going wrong — last 30 days
Every failed flight is grouped by eBay's code, the field it hit and the category. One plain sentence per group, written once. A group not seen for 14 days fades; not seen for 30 days it is gone — a finding has to keep proving itself.
Retrying by itself
Failures that time fixes — eBay's own hiccup, or a relist refused while eBay still counts the old listing as live — are re-run as the lister's own click, up to three times, 15 minutes apart.
Week by week
Success = eBay accepted and the read-back matched. New codes = eBay warnings/errors seen for the first time that week — this number falling toward zero IS the system learning.

Each code learned once is a code that never surprises a lister again. Codes with many repeats are normal traffic; a code seen once, recently, is tonight's homework.
