How Relist works — read this once

Type or scan the OLD barcode (or the eBay item number) below and press Start. A new XI label prints. Stick it on the box and take the old label off.
The old eBay listing ends right away. From this moment the box must only be known by its new XI label — if the old listing stayed live and sold, nobody could find the box.
The box now shows on 💤 Inactive — it is not for sale anywhere until you list it.
Shoot the new photos in Lens under the XI label. The box moves to “Ready to relist” below.
Press ♻️ Relist, check the listing and publish it. It leaves Inactive and shows under “Recently relisted”.

Two exceptions: if the old listing has more than one for sale, it is NOT ended — it shows in the red box for a manager to choose “End all” or “Quantity −1”. If eBay refuses to end it, it also shows in the red box.
Box already has an XI label? (it was saved in Lens as a new item) — after Look up, type that label in “the box already has a label” and press Link it. Do not print a second label.
Do not start a relist for a box you cannot find on the shelf — its listing will end.

⚠ Old listing still LIVE on eBay — the box already wears a new label

If one of these sells, the order shows the OLD SKU and nobody finds the box. End them. A listing with more than one for sale is not ticked — choose End or Quantity −1 for it.

Same box? A new label has the UPC of a live OLD listing

Lens saved these as new items, but an old eBay listing with the same UPC is still live. If it is the same box, say Yes — it becomes a relist and the old listing ends.

Old listing already ended. Press ♻️ Relist to publish under the new label.
